When used as directed, this product is an effective stabilized chlorinating sanitizing agent. This slow dissolving product delivers chlorine to reduce the growth of harmful algae and micro-organisms in pools. The dosage necessary for your pool will change considerably depending on those factors that burden the sanitization system. Some of the factors that will vary the required dosages are water temperature, bather load, exposure to windblown debris, thunder or rainstorms and length of filtration cycle. DIRECTIONS FOR USE It is a violation of Federal Law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. Read entire label and use strictly in accordance with precautionary statements and directions. Ensure all pool equipment works properly. Clean or backwash filter following manufacturer’s directions. Adjust pH of the pool to between 7.2-7.6. Add stabilizer to establish a stabilizer level of 40-100 ppm to minimize the degradative effects of sunlight upon the chlorine.
