Description
The Pentair CVA24 263045 Valve Actuator is a motorized valve actuator designed for automatic hydraulic control applications in swimming pools, spas, and similar systems. It is engineered to operate 2-port and 3-port valves, providing a 180° rotation range to redirect water flow between different circuits.
This actuator features a 24 VAC bidirectional motor, allowing clockwise or counterclockwise operation according to the control system signal. It includes a 25-foot (7.6 m) cable and a service switch that allows adjustment of the rotation direction. Its corrosion-resistant housing is designed for reliable operation in humid and outdoor environments.
The Pentair CVA24 actuator is compatible with Pentair automation systems such as IntelliTouch® and other control systems using 24 VAC power supply. Its main function is to replace manual valve operation with automatic control, improving system efficiency and helping prevent improper pump operation conditions such as dead-heading.
