Return policy
Satisfaction guaranteed! If you are not completely satisfied with any New Golden Pool product, return it within 30 days in new/unused condition for a full product refund, excluding any shipping or handling. Special return restrictions apply to Fluidra company brands including Zodiac, Polaris, Jandy and Aqua Products. Please contact customer service for details and instructions on these products. Opened/installed products such as pool liners, paint and chemicals, dive boards, perforated solar reel systems, clearance products and ALL custom orders are non-returnable and are therefore excluded from this offer.
To return any merchandise, place it in its original box along with your contact information, order number if available, and the reason for the return. All returns must be prepaid and insured. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team at: [email protected]. Refusing delivery of any undamaged shipment will result in shipping and restocking charges. These will be deducted from the refund amount. We must be notified of any problems with your shipment within 24 hours of delivery. Personalized items are made to your specifications and therefore cannot be returned unless there is damage or a defect, in which case we will provide a replacement for the item ordered. Note: Excluded items are open/installed pool liners, open paint or chemicals, dive boards, perforated reel systems, pool lifts, furniture, cushions, discounted returns, Fluidra company products, and ALL custom orders. All replacement parts valued at $40 or less are non-returnable and non-refundable. Any replacement parts returned after 30 days from the date of purchase will be discarded and no credit will be given.
Warranty Policy
New Golden Pool offers a 30-day money back guarantee. After 30 days, all manufacturer warranties apply. Products purchased from New Golden Pool may or may not have a warranty that extends beyond the 30-day return policy. Please contact customer service before purchase for details on specific products. Once the item has been used or placed in the pool, the manufacturer will only exchange the product for a new unit, repair, or replace with a refurbished product. No credit will be issued.
